Camden Man Arrested In Connection To 5 South Jersey Bank Robberies

CAMDEN, N.J. (CBS) — A Camden man has been arrested in connection to five bank robberies that occurred over the past month in Burlington and Camden counties.

According to Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi, the suspect Brandon A. Dickerson, 22, of 1180 Mechanic Street, was charged Tuesday with five counts of robbery for the crimes that took place between November 9, 2013 and December 9, 2013.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the suspect wore a hooded jacket and jeans during each robbery and either sunglasses, or a scarf or a mask to partially cover his face.

“In some of these cases you see gloves on the hands of these individuals, especially in a wintertime setting it’s not unusual to see someone coming in dressed like that. To me it is unusual to see a hood up and a mask on,” Bernardi said.
